Job Description:
Location: Little Rock, AR
Description: schedule: In the office full time Hours
7:00AM-4:00PMIT on call every 5 weeks 24/7 starting Friday night at
7:00PM until the following Friday at 7:00AM. You have the choice to
work the 1st 4 hours or the last 4hours of their shift if on call.
EXPERIENCE ----Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer
engineering or a related field---1-2+ years experience with Tier 1
and Tier 2 Windows help desk support.---Responsible for supporting
user devices (laptops, thin clients, mobile phones, etc.) ----They
must be responsive, decisive, and a quick learner. ----Will not
have to interface with servers or need network experience, purely
user device help desk.---Powershell experience is a PLUS
