Publicly Traded Company in Little Rock is seeking a Corporate
Development Analys t to join their team. This is a newly created
position due to growth that will report directly to the SVP of
Corporate Development and be a part of an elite team that is in
rapid growth! The growth opportunity is very compelling for this
candidate as the Finance & Accounting teams are growing
tremendously and this position will have a lot of exposure to
Executive Management. This is one of the most compelling stories

Analyst that is highly motivated and hardworking and eager to be
intimately involved in the company's acquisition strategy and
capital-raising efforts. Responsibilities would include financial
modeling, coordinating due diligence, preparing investment memos,
and sourcing potential targets.Other duties would include: Build
valuation and merger models for potential targets Create investment
memos for executive management and board of directors Prepare
company profiles of potential targets Due diligence tracking and
coordination with legal, tax, accounting and other third parties
Track comparable public companies metrics, earnings releases,
investor days, etc. Research targets and sectors Assist in
financial planning and budgeting as neededPerks : Strong base

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Economics MBA/CPA/CFA or in
the process strongly preferred M& A, FP& A, and Financial Modeling
experience highly preferred Strong understanding of transactions
and valuation principles NetSuite experience is a plus Advanced
Excel Skills Self starter with strong communication and
