Publicly Traded Company in Little Rock is seeking a Corporate Development Analys t to join their team. This is a newly created position due to growth that will report directly to the SVP of Corporate Development and be a part of an elite team that is in rapid growth! Responsibilities would include financial modeling, coordinating due diligence, preparing investment memos, and sourcing potential targets.Other duties would include: Build valuation and merger models for potential targets Create investment memos for executive management and board of directors Prepare company profiles of potential targets Due diligence tracking and coordination with legal, tax, accounting and other third parties Track comparable public companies metrics, earnings releases, investor days, etc. Research targets and sectors Assist in financial planning and budgeting as neededPerks : Strong base salary with lucrative bonus potential, great benefits with ample PTO and matching retirement plans, stunning offices, growth opportunity and exposure to Executive Team, and many other perks!
