Jr. OCM Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR),
United States (US).This is an early career position in our
Government Consulting & Advisory (GCA) organization. You will work
as part of a team providing client-facing business support services
and completing projects for clients while delivering excellent
business value. You will be supporting more experienced consultants
in the planning and execution of work for our clients. Working
under the direction of a more senior organizational change
management analysts and leads, you will actively participate in the
delivery of tasks/activities and associated deliverables.Positions
may be based in our project locations in Springfield, Illinois;
Little Rock, ArkansasRESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
*Attend business/functional area meetings; serve as scribe for
these meetings
*Distribute meeting minutes for approval; store approved agendas,
minutes, and other project-related documentation on SharePoint or
MS Teams site, following account specific processes
*Maintain project repository on SharePoint or similar platform
*Schedule meetings in MS Outlook / MS Teams, Webex or some other
virtual meeting platform, encourage attendance of key stakeholders,
monitor meeting acceptance and follow-up as needed, growing into
presenting and facilitating meetings
*Research answers to business user questions
*Review As Is process documentation, provide feedback
*Analyze business user needs and create process guides and
transition plans documentation, seek review and feedback
*Review and revise or create process documentation
*Review vendor analysis and design documents
*Prepare communication and training materials for review with state
business users
*Perform post-production user support, including coaching
*Create materials for end user training
*Participate in the development of deliverables
*Interface with state business users and solution vendors
*Establish relationships with client at the appropriate levels
*Complete required Organization Change Management training and
demonstrate application of the process
*Other duties or initiatives as assigned by program/project
leadershipMandatory Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree (area of studies/degree: communications,
marketing, psychology)
*Minimum 3 years of experience working on projects that required
problem solving and analytical skills; ability to break down
complex problems and develop solutions
*Minimum 1 year of Customer focus that results in delivering a
high-quality service and high client satisfaction with a growth
mind-set
*Minimum 1 year of experinece as a team player that knows how to
Influence and partner by building strong relationships with
leaders, peers, and clients
*Minimum 2 years of experience using tools in the Microsoft Office
Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio)
*Flexibility and willingness to travel, potentially 50%Requested
Qualifications:
*2+ years of experience working with a software development
organization, public sector, or healthcare/insurance firm
supporting enterprise-wide projects
*1-2 years of experience using tools other software tools such as
Visio, Jira, project scheduling software
*Innovative thinking, resourcefulness, and agility by leveraging
best practices and creativity to get things doneFor Colorado
Candidates
In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT
DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may
be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado
only, the starting pay range for this role is $66,000 - 85,000.
Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including
actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external),
technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits including medical,

insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off,
