Location: Arkadelphia, Arkansas
Job Type: Contract / Temporary

Job Description:

We are seeking dependable, safety-conscious individuals to join our clean-up crew. This team is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization both inside and outside of the plant. Candidates with prior forklift experience are strongly preferred, though forklift usage may not be required every day.

Daily responsibilities and work zones will be assigned by the Hiring Manager or team leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain designated areas inside and outside the plant


Remove debris, trash, and clutter from building perimeter and plant yard


Haul, store, or dispose of large items using forklift or manual methods


Paint exterior components and maintain building appearance as needed


Replace or install signage as directed


Perform raking, sweeping, and general outdoor clean-up tasks


Support indoor clean-up when outdoor work is not feasible due to weather


Follow all safety protocols and procedures


Complete any required safety and forklift training through the EHS team



Qualifications:

Prior forklift experience strongly preferred


Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions


Willingness to work in a labor-intensive, hands-on role


Flexibility to take on new tasks and adjust to shifting priorities


Basic painting and signage installation skills a plus


Strong attention to detail and safety


Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions


Willingness to complete provided safety and forklift certification training
