Apptegy is an education technology company based in Little Rock, Arkansas. We work to help school districts build a powerful brand without adding more work to their teams. School choice programs are putting a huge amount of pressure on school leaders to market their schools to prospective families, teaching recruits, and taxpayers.

We have big plans for our Sales team. We're growing quickly, yet remain focused on crafting an incredible experience for our teams and clients. We value and expect thoughtfulness and high performance from everyone at Apptegy.

More about the role and about you

In this intense role, you'll show superintendents how Thrillshare enables them to market their school districts and schools effectively. You do not need sales experience for this position. You'll be a brand advocate responsible for building credibility, providing value to potential clients, and, ultimately, closing deals.

Joining Apptegy as a Sales Rep will be challenging. Effective Sales Reps must remain focused throughout the day, putting their full energy into every interaction so that they can communicate clearly and demonstrate the product in a way that creates intrigue. This position is ideal for someone who wants a challenge, craves feedback and wants to be the best version of themselves.

Things you will do


  • Learn how to use tools and technology to communicate effectively
  • Present our product through video calls multiple times a day
  • Build relationships with schools administrators
  • Research school districts to better understand their needs and communities
  • Call schools across the United States to generate interest in our products

    Minimum Requirements


    • Completed four-year college degree with a high GPA
    • Experience presenting, selling, or communicating in a professional environment.
    • An ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment and pick up tech tools quickly.
    • Exceptional communication skills.
    • Strong writing skills.
