Growing together. We seek a Float Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions. Per Diem Pharmacists are classified as temporary employees and work on an intermittent basis. Candidates must have some availability during that time. Locations include: - Fort Smith - 1 site - Van Buren - 1 site - Little Rock - 2 sites - Springdale -1 site - Searcy -1 site - Pine Bluff - 1 site - Hot Springs -1 site - Texarkana - 1 site - Hope - 1 site - El Dorado - 1 site Primary Responsibilities: - Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners - Provides information to customers about medications and their use - Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service - Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy - Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy - Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties - Travel up to 50% You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD - Current pharmacist license in Arkansas - Certified immunizer of willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire - Ability to travel locally 100% across the state of AR The hourly range for this role is $43.17 to $84.95 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
