Coordinator Job Description We are seeking an Administrative
Coordinator who will provide exceptional front desk customer
service, both in-person and over the phone, to tow drivers, auto
auction customers, individual customers for insurance purposes, and
anyone looking to salvage their car. The role involves handling the
entry of car information into the system, completing filing tasks,
and performing data entry duties. Responsibilities Provide front
desk and over-the-phone customer service to various clients
including tow drivers and auto auction customers. Handle the entry
of car information into the system accurately. Complete filing and
data entry tasks efficiently. Support administrative paperwork and
provide administrative support as required. Essential Skills Strong
customer service skills, with experience in inbound call handling.
Proficient in data entry and administrative support. Additional
Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma. Work Environment The
work environment is a small office setting where the candidate will
collaborate closely with the Branch Manager. The position follows a
Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour
lunch break. The dress code is business casual. This role offers an
excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the car
industry and learn about various insurance organizations. The
recently opened Monticello location offers room for growth in the
future, providing a chance to build this grassroots initiative. Job
Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of
Monticello, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$15.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits
and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
