Medicine and Family Medicine residencies, part of the educational
consortium teaching programsThis is a full-time academic
geriatrician clinician and faculty teacher position. Wonderful
opportunity for either a seasoned or newly graduated IM or FM
Geriatrician who loves clinical care, teaching and has an interest
in leadership, program development and scholarshipPosition involves
providing clinical care to a medically complex, vulnerable aging
patient population and the teaching of residents on the beautiful
community-based, tertiary-care campus Clinical/teaching venues of
this position are housed in a new on-campus clinical specialties
building and off-campus in two nearby Long-term care
facilities.Opportunities available for physician candidates include
leadership positions, e.g., facility medical director and
participation in scholarship, e.g., research, QI with Lean Six
Sigma certification, and didactic teachingProtected time is
