In this role, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that units are adequately staffed to deliver optimal patient care. They actively engage in managing patient flow and bed availability in partnership with the Staffing Office. Responsibilities are carried out in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards, and the Clinical Supervisor participates in the evaluation process alongside the Clinical Manager as needed. Position Overview: Education: Completion of an accredited Nursing program. Licensure: Active RN license with the Board of Nursing in the relevant state. Experience: 3-5 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting. Certification/Registration: Must possess an American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course during the probationary period. TNCC, ACLS, and ENPC or PALS certifications are also required. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrates clinical proficiency in patient care delivery. Capable of assessing data and assisting staff in providing the appropriate level of care while fulfilling the philosophy of skills, knowledge, and abilities. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
