The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the
provision of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care delivered
by skilled team members. This position focuses on the efficient use
of resources to achieve productivity and financial objectives. The
Clinical Supervisor collaborates effectively with administrative
staff, physicians, and colleagues to enhance communication and
streamline processes throughout the care continuum. In this role,
the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that units are
adequately staffed to deliver optimal patient care. They actively
engage in managing patient flow and bed availability in partnership
with the Staffing Office. As leaders, they inspire a collective
vision, demonstrating the importance of change and presenting it to
colleagues with enthusiasm. By exemplifying professional standards
and a positive demeanor, the Clinical Supervisor encourages team
members to embrace leadership roles in driving change. They
challenge existing processes and empower others to advocate for
improvements by offering support, mentorship, and guidance to those
involved in direct patient care. The Clinical Supervisor fosters a
supportive environment by recognizing the contributions of team

through a servant leadership approach. They hold both direct and
indirect care providers accountable for their professional duties
and adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities are carried out in alignment with our mission,
values, and service standards, and the Clinical Supervisor
participates in the evaluation process alongside the Clinical
Manager as needed. Position Overview: Education: Completion of an
accredited Nursing program. Licensure: Active RN license with the
Board of Nursing in the relevant state. Experience: 3-5 years of
nursing experience in a hospital setting.
Certification/Registration: Must possess an American Heart
Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course during
the probationary period. TNCC, ACLS, and ENPC or PALS
certifications are also required. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and
verbal. Demonstrates clinical proficiency in patient care delivery.
Capable of assessing data and assisting staff in providing the
appropriate level of care while fulfilling the philosophy of
skills, knowledge, and abilities. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s
