Position Location: Carmel, IN; Eagan, MN; or Little Rock, AR Are you a team player who can collaborate with individuals at all levels and from many different disciplines? Can you articulate, support, and defend your analysis? If so, read on...We are searching for a Transmission Advisor who will draw from their prior experience with large infrastructure &/or transmission projects to evaluate new proposals from developers and lead MISO's assessment of the value and benefit of the proposal. As a Transmission Advisor, along with experience assessing large infrastructure projects, our selection will also possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction, or successful completion of electrical technical schooling, journeyman certification, or related field (or 4 years relevant work experience equivalency).
  • At least six years of related energy industry experience with specific experience within any of the following: transmission line or substation construction, engineering, transmission and substation maintenance, project management, or competitive solicitation processes and analysis.
    • PMI certification and any/or experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera experience preferred In one year as our Transmission Advisor, you will know you were successful if you have successfully completed and supported the selection process of a billion-dollar transmission portfolio on time through teamwork and collaboration. Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
